Artists retain all rights to their works.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell. All transactions are subject to confirmation by Kaseowitz.

Purchases are not completed through automated checkout. All sales are conducted through direct communication and agreement.
Kaseowitz reserves the right to:
Accept or decline any inquiry or proposed transaction
Confirm availability, price, and terms prior to sale
Withdraw artworks at any time
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all artworks are sold “as is.”
5. Artist–Buyer Introductions
Kaseowitz may, at the request of a buyer or artist, facilitate direct contact between parties.
Any communications, negotiations, studio visits, or transactions conducted directly between such parties are independent of Kaseowitz. Kaseowitz is not a party to those interactions and does not control their outcome.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites. Kaseowitz is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimer
The Site and its contents are provided “as is.” Kaseowitz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site or its content.
